Job Description

My client is a industry leading Reinforced Concrete and Groundworks sub contractor with projects across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Construction Site Manager to join the company and manage RC Frame packge in Cardiff!

My client has multiple upcoming projects with at least 12 months of work in front of them.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Construction Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing perations.

Construction Site Manager Requirements:

* • Black CSCS - NVQ Level 7

* • SMSTS

* IT Literate - Computer skills

* .• Longevity with competitor construction contractors.

* • 10+ years management experience
