Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Working Site Supervisor | Carpenter / Multi Trade to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations at various job sites overseen by our Project Manager. Your role will involve supervising a team of tradesmen and sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of reporting.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction or related industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read drawings and interpret project specifications - Proficient in using computer software for record keeping and reporting
