Site Manager - Affordbale Housing
Our client is a noted Developer, with an excellent reputation for quality and delivery. They are looking to source a Site Manager for a development in the Black Country.
For this role, we will look at experienced Site Managers looking for a challenge, working on affordable new-build housing schemes.
As Project lead, you will be responsible for
Day to day management of the site team, driving productivity to reach programme targets
Advise on Sub-Contract selection and subsequent management
Ensure all necessary method statements and risk assessments are appropriate and in place in advance of the works
Ensure all works carried out to required quality standards
Promote and maintain a safe working environment w
Attend and participate in meetings as required
On offer for the right candidate is a basic salary, bonus scheme car allowance or company vehicle, 25 days holiday, pension, private healthcare, and bonus.
