Job Description
Position: CNC miller
Location: Lincoln
Position: permanent
Salary: £24955 to 32340 per annum inclusive of shift allowance
Working hours: 2 rotating weeks, AM, PM
We are now seeking to recruit CNC turner to join a busy manufacturing precision engineering company based in Lincoln. This is permanent position, and the CNC Turner would ensure that manufactured parts conform to drawings provided.
Responsibilities of CNC Turner:
Setting / Operating CNC lates machines – multi-manning as required
Ensuring processed parts conform to drawing
Ensuring parts are processed in the allowed time
Ensuring all documentation is accurate
Supporting the area in carrying out alternative tasks as required
Supporting other team-members as required
Expectation:
Applicants should be able to read Engineering drawings, use standard measuring equipment and understand general turning principles, (with a background of CNC).
Tasks will include setting and operating CNC lathes, editing programmes as necessary, making offsets as required, ensuring parts conform to drawings.
A Shift Monday to Thursday 6am to 1:35pm 6am to 12:45pm
B Shift Monday to Thursday 1:25pm to 9:05pm Friday 12:35pm to 7pm
