Develop and implement strategies to enhance students' confidence and independence in their learning.
Collaborate with the SEN (Special Educational Needs) team to deliver interventions and support plans.
Contribute to the inclusive ethos of the school, ensuring all students thrive academically and socially.

The ideal candidate will:
Hold a degree in any subject (a passion for education is essential).
Be empathetic, patient, and committed to supporting students with additional needs.
Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Be proactive and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards challenges.
Ideally have some experience working with children or young people (voluntary or paid roles are welcome).
