Staff Management: Oversee and manage staff, ensuring efficient and effective performance.

Prestart Meetings: Conduct prestart meetings to outline project goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
Key Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Project Management: Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.Requirements:
Construction Experience: Essential for this role.
Gas Membrane Industry Experience: Beneficial but not mandatory; however, knowledge in this area is required.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required for the role
