Job Opportunity: Full-Time Teaching Assistant
Location: Hounslow
Salary: £90 - £100 per day

This full-time role is ideal for someone committed to fostering academic progress and emotional well-being, particularly for students facing behavioural challenges.
Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant:
Provide targeted one-on-one and group support for students, focusing on those with behavioural difficulties.
Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
Support students' holistic development, empowering them to achieve educational and personal goals.Requirements:
Proven experience working with students with behavioural challenges.
Strong skills in classroom and behaviour management.
A team-oriented approach with excellent collaboration skills.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude toward supporting student needs.Essential Criteria:
Experience working with secondary school students.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
Enhanced DBS disclosure.
Overseas police clearances (if applicable).
Professional references confirming your suitability for this role.Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
