Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Secondary SEN School, Bury
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

Our students are at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students with a range of SEN, ensuring they have access to a meaningful and enriching education.
Assist with tailored learning activities, promoting independence and confidence.
Work alongside teachers and other professionals to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
Provide personal care and guidance when required.
Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
Foster strong relationships with students, encouraging social and emotional development.What We're Looking For:
Experience working with young people, preferably within an SEN setting.
A genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges and succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.What We Offer:
