Job Description
Our client is a global manufacturer of Petrochemicals, with a core product range in acetic acid and acetic anhydride. They are now looking to recruit a Plant Inspector to prepare, execute and report on mechanical pressure equipment inspections to ensure compliance with Statutory requirements for Safe, Reliable Operations.
Responsibilities
Manage Inspection portfolio for a specific plant area
Write Inspection & Test Plans
Prepare and Complete Inspections according to schedule
Analyse NDT results
Update Risk Based Inspection assessments
Complete Inspection reporting & scheduling
Plans and executes inspections for plant Turnarounds
Update the Inspection Data Management System
Experience & Qualifications
Candidates will hold a minimum HNC in mechanical discipline
Cat 2 Plant Inspector (Pressure Vessels, Pipework, Tanks, Relief Devices)
In depth knowledge of legislation, codes and standards related to mechanical equipment integrity
In depth knowledge of Risk Based Inspection
