An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a Council in the East Midlands. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of complex and high-profile commercial matters, all while enjoying the flexibility of fully remote working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, negotiating, and advising on a variety of commercial contracts
• Review and advise on various funding and grant agreements
• Advise on procurement procedures and the use of Frameworks
• Provide advice relating to Data Protection matters
• Potential to assist on Governance Matters, to include Cabinet Reports

Role Details:

• Duration: Initial 3 months, with a strong likelihood of extension.
• Location: Fully remote – work from anywhere in the UK!
• Rate: Up to £55 per hour (Umbrella).
