Client Relationship Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Client Relationship Manager to join an established company in the industrial sector. You'll be responsible for maintaining key client relationships while driving new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Nurture and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Identify new sales opportunities and convert incoming leads into long-term clients.
* Actively source new leads within your assigned market area.
* Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and updates within the CRM system.
* Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to deliver a seamless customer journey.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in client relationship management, sales, or a similar customer-focused role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Minimum of GCSE Maths and English (C or above).
* Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving goals and targets.
* Willingness to learn about our product range and technical details.
