Job Description

My client is a Kent based £4M turnover Mechanical contractor working in the Education, Healthcare, and Hospitality sectors offering Commercial Gas, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Refrigeration services across London and the Southeast. They currently have a team of 14 Engineers and have plans to grow to a 10M turnover in the next 2 years.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, and willing Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team and work across London, and M25 into the Southeast carrying out reactive and planned maintenance. They have contracts with Hilton hotels, NHS and High End Residential where it would be commercial boilers.

* Commercial boiler servicing and repairs

* Reactive maintenance work

* Reporting of jobs on job management system

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Travel paid after 30 minutes each way.

8am – 5pm

Location: London, M25.

Call out: 1 in 11

THE CANDIDATE

* Hold current commercial gas qualifications

* At least 5 years’ experience on the job knowledge

* Boiler breakdown and servicing experience

* Able to cover out of hours call outs when required

* Good understanding of plumbing and heating systems

* Own tools and clean UK driving licence

* Good standard of work and attention to detail

* Reliable, trustworthy, professional, self-motivated, strong communicator and the ability to work on own initiative
