Job Description
Our client based in Tockwith is recruiting for a Sales Executive. You will play a pivotal role in expanding their market presence, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key clients. This role is ideal for a candidate who is looking to get into a sales professional role or if you have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within technology. Training will be provided.
The working hours are Monday – Friday, 8.30am and 5pm and in return the salary is from £23k- £25k with OTE £35k
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Conduct in-depth needs analysis and present tailored solutions to meet the specific requirements of each client.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring profitable outcomes for both the company and the client.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
* Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to optimise sales strategies and enhance customer experience.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, contributing to their professional development.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the photocopier, printing, or office technology sectors.
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
