Job Description
Supply Primary Teacher with QTS (Long Term)
Location: Wandsworth | SW18
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching to primary school students across various year groups. -
Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Support and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for all students.
Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
Collaborate with other teachers, SENCO, and support staff to enhance student learning.
Monitor and report on student progress to parents and school leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Strong understanding and experience in supporting students with SEN.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Desirable:
Additional qualifications or training in SEN.
Experience with specific SEN programs or interventions.
