They partner with local authorities, housing associations and private clients across all sectors under both traditional and design & build arrangements, their sectors include commercial, education, healthcare, heritage and residential.

Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic and approachable Junior Resident Liaison Officer to join their team in Essex.
Previous experience in a similar role and/or a qualification in a construction related field would be beneficial.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Acting as a friendly point of contact for residents affected by our construction works
* Helping residents understand what’s happening on their doorstep by providing updates and answering questions
* Supporting the Resident Liaison team with organizing meetings, visits, and consultations
* Distributing letters, newsletters, and other communications to keep everyone informed
* Assisting in coordinating access for contractors to carry out works in homes or community spaces
* Recording and resolving resident concerns with a professional and caring approach
* Gaining valuable hands-on experience in customer service and community engagement
