I am interested to speak to HR Analysts with strong understanding of HR processes and best practice, particularly in benefits administration and HR data management. This is an important role for a thriving business and will offer progression opportunities to the right candidate.

Candidates with the following skills will be considered:

Knowledge of relevant employment laws and compliance requirements

Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR)

Advanced excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s) and complex data reporting

Strong HRIS Functionality, configuration and data management skills
