Job Description
Requirements: BSc./ BEng. / BTech in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management degree (Masters qualification an advantage). 7 years experience on site construction management experience (preferably mostly in structures (buildings) but civil experience (earthworks, roads, etc) will also be good. JBCC / GCC / or FIDIC contractual knowledge and experience Excellent writing skills Programming skills - MS Projects / CCS (Candy) / other programming software Good computer skills - full MS Office suite Key Areas of Responsibility include: Manage all site staff in conjunction with their KPIs Look after all contractual obligations of the contract (JBCC, insurances, guarantees, drawings, EOT and delays Ensure your contract finishes within stipulated time frame Manage and maintain contract under budget Prepare progress reports and tracking sheets for meetings Project manage (time , quality, costs) Oversee and manage performance of all sub-contractors
