Job Description

REQUIREMENTS Matric, Min 2 years’ experience managing Customer Accounts Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans Ability to think on your feet and problem solve successfully Ability to build relationships and manage multiple key accounts Exposed to marketing to increase sales within the business Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets  DUTIES Working alongside the Management Team Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients in the event space. Understand their needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction Identifying new business opportunities with key clients Develop relationships with future key accounts Addressing and resolving key clients’ enquiries or problems Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their event experiences  Salary: R15 - R20 000 dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
