Job Description
Main Duties/Key Results Areas : Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers while based in the office (customer base mainly exist of large supermarkets, Cash & Carries and wholesale outlets). Perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Communicating with customers via telephone. Customer satisfaction. Supply reports on customer needs, problems and services. Manage chain stores. Managing of requests and queries. Manage diary and schedules. Confirming that processing on each account is complete before period closure. Filing. All and any other related duties as expected from the employer from time to time. Required skills: Prospective applicants must comply with the following requirements: Proven work experience with marketing in the FCMG sector (min 3 years experience). Diploma/Degree in marketing. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Outlook programs. Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record of sales. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. Detailed oriented & meticulous attention to detail. Able to work under pressure. Being up-to-date on the latest office gadgets and tech savvy will be an advantage. Discretion and confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organizational and administrative skills. Professional conduct and correspondence with internal and external parties. Ability to take instruction and follow standard operating procedures. Ability to meet deadlines and work in a pressurised environment.
