Job Description

Contracts Administrator The candidate must have experience in dealing with : Credit control / contracts credit control background Contract law Project management The candidate must have a Strong personality and be deadline oriented Duties Contract preparation: Drafting, analysing, examining, and revising contracts for the sale of products or services. Contract negotiation: Negotiating contract terms with outside parties on behalf of the employer Contract compliance: Ensuring contracts comply with legal requirements. Contract management: Overseeing the creation, execution, and analysis of contracts Contract monitoring: Ensuring that all parties meet the terms and conditions of the contract. Contract dispute resolution: Handling contract disputes and amendments. Record keeping: Maintaining detailed records of all contracts Team management: Managing and liaising with the execution team Collaboration: Coordinating with other departments, such as sales, finance, manufacturing, ops and legal.
