MECHANICAL & MAINTEANCE FOREMAN

MECHANICAL & MAINTANCE FOREMAN MUST HAVE:  Matric  Mechanical Trade Test  B-Tech or Diploma - MECHANICAL ENGINEERING Minimum 5 Year's MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORY experience   in a HEAVY ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING PROCESS   Environment High Level of understanding of WORLD CLASS   MANUFACTURING Tools, Processes and Systems Ability to do Trouble Shooting Knowledge of All Legal requirements of the OHS Act, BCEA,   LRA & other Legal requirements Prepared to work OUTSIDE NORMAL WORKING HOURS &   DO STANDBY DUTIES Attend to Daily Operations Meetings to ensure that the 24hour   Operating window is secured Plan & Execute ALL BREAKDOWNS Repairs without delay Champion the Implementation of Proactive Maintenance Develop and agree on a Weekly plan with the Maintenance   Planner Meet with Suppliers, Contractors & 3rd Party Inspectors, when   required, therefore being Well Presentable Quality Control Maintenance Costs Identify Critical SPARE REQUIEREMENTS and availability Manage the MAINTENANCE TEAM and perform Bi-annual   performance Appraisals of Mechanical Artisans Clean Criminal & Credit record - will be verified
