Engineering, Certificate of competency, MDP Work experience 5 years Senior Facilities Manager in Health Care / Manufacturing Environment as Engineering Manager Previous Experience in Steam Operating and stand Boiler Previous General Machinery Regulation 2(1) appointee for (Premises) Management of sub-contractors and SLA’s Thorough understanding of LRA and IR Management Strong computer literacy. Specialist Skills and Knowledge Excellent communication Skills Excellent Relationship Management Skills Strong Leader Customer Service Centric Strategic planning Skills Problem Solving and Analytical Skills Project & Resource Management Skills Sound knowledge of Building and Engineering systems and processes Sound knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Communication and Fire detection systems and philosophies used in large multi tenant buildings
