External Sales Team Leader

Requirements 10 Years' sales experience within the relevant industry - mining, power generation and manufacturing. Proven experience within a leadership role. Ability to manage and compile tenders. Responsible for coordinating the sales team, provide support, and ensuring sales quotas are met. Training new sales staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring the team's sales performance. Technical background and an understanding of engineering drawings. Must be able to use Google Workspace Must be able to travel and call on Mpumalanga area Duties Perform sales (personal target), management, and administrative tasks, such as maintaining sales performance, training staff, and monitoring progress. Solving customer complaints and queries. Report writing. Maintaining inventory, call reports, quote registers, sales follow up. Maintaining positive customer relations. Develop sales strategies to reach new customers and maintain existing customers.
