About the Role: You will be attached to the Product Design Team under the supervision of the Lead Product Designer. Your role will be to: Work with Product Managers to design new features and improvements of the DiliTrust Governance Suite, assisting the product team in finding the best solutions to address real problems faced by our clients. Identify and prioritize user pain points through user research, preparing and conducting user interviews to break down issues into smaller problems to enhance the value of the DiliTrust suite. Oversee the design of each solution for your squad on a quarterly basis, applying UX/UI best practices, and creating low-def and hi-def mockups and prototypes. Design solutions using a Design system and maintain and evolve it. During the delivery phase, collaborate with Product Managers and oversee the review of solutions before release. Contribute to building and developing DiliTrust's design system to standardize user experience across our product suite, with knowledge of mobile design. Measure the effectiveness and impact of your solutions. Conduct usability tests and customer interviews to assess the relevance of your solutions, establishing KPIs for success and measuring their impact. Profile required: 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer specializing in UX/UI in a SaaS company. Curious, empathetic, and motivated to provide the best solutions for users. Ability to manage work time and establish priorities. Fluent in English; fluency in French and Italian is a big added value.
