Technical Sales Manager – M&E Support Systems
Job Title: Technical Sales Manager – M&E Modular Support Systems
Industry Sector: M&E, HVAC, Plumbing & Heating, M&E Contractors, Mechanical Contractors, Electrical Contractors, End Users, Specification Sales Manager, Main Contractors, M&E Contractors, M&E Consultants, Sub Contractors, Area Sales Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Construction Sales
Area to be covered: London
Remuneration: £50,000neg + up to £12,000 bonus paid quarterly and monthly
Benefits: company car and exceptional benefits package
The role of the Technical Sales Manager –M&E Modular Support Systems will involve:
* Technical sales position, selling a high end range of modular fixing systems and firestop products for HVAC applications
* 75% of your time selling to M&E contractors, main contractors and sub-contractors
* The remaining 25% generating specification with M&E consultants and design companies
* Will be required to conduct CPD seminars
* Working in conjunction with regional engineer
The ideal applicant will be Technical Sales Manager –M&E Modular Support Systems with:
* Must have construction sales experience in the M&E OR HVAC
* Must have experience targeting M&E contractors, M&E consultants, design companies, main contractors or sub-contractors & end users
* Must be technical minded and able to overcome technical queries
* Commercially astute, professional, organised
* Solution based sales approach, positive, professional and customer service orientated
