Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Salary: £85-£95 per day (dependent on experience)
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with a child with ASD, ADHD, Non-Verbal needs, or other high-needs conditions. Your role will be to help them achieve their goals and create a nurturing, supportive environment that promotes independence and confidence.

Support a child with high needs and help them reach their academic and personal goals.Key Requirements:
Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD, Challenging Behaviour and Non-Verbal needs.
A nurturing and patient approach to working with children.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and staff.
