Assist with budget allocation for repairs and improvements
Provide valuable insights to support informed decision-making in property management and investment
Optimise property assets for long-term sustainability and value preservation
Gather detailed data using specialised tools and equipmentThe Person:
Construction related degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience in a similar role
