Your Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Oversight:
Manage commercial activities across a portfolio of projects, guiding and mentoring Assistant/Quantity Surveyors to achieve their best performance. - Financial Management:
Take ownership of budgets, oversee Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) processes, and act as the primary point of contact for client commercial matters. - Strategic Contribution:
Represent the commercial function in tender adjudications and monthly Contract Review Meetings (CRMs), working closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless project delivery. - Procurement Support:
Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials at competitive prices, ensuring alignment with project budgets and timelines. - Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, consultants, and supply chain stakeholders to foster trust and drive mutual success.
