Job Description
Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Plumber to join a leading property services company based around Westminster
Responsibilities:
Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to void properties
you'll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Plumbing works, sinks, taps, showers, toilets, baths etc
Able to carry out repairs outside of core trade, remedial Carpentry works, repair patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tilesRequirements:
Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for 12 months as Work van provided
