About the role of a Fit Out Site Manager
Due to the successful award of a number of contracts, nationally, across ministry of justice, retail & healthcare, there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to work on a national contract.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be working alongside knowledgeable, professional, and supportive construction professionals who will provide you with the environment in which you can thrive and progress your career.
The company are a multi-disciplinary principal contractor with a solid track record of delivering high quality fit outs across both the public and private sector.
You will be responsible of a large team of sub-contractors, ensuring all work is being completed to high standards.
The company is a multi-disciplinary main contractor with a great deal of experience delivering across multiple sectors of the construction industry including commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure projects.
Experience/Qualifications for a Fit Out Site Manager
Experience of Fit Out Site Management on projects between £1m and £5m.
Proven track record of delivery as a Fit Out Site Manager ideally with experience of retail, commercial, Ministry of Justice or Ministry of Defence projects.
Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to deal with any issues that quickly & efficiently
Adhering to high standards of health & safety & build quality
What we offer for a Fit Out Site Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Car allowance plus mileage
