Customer Support Analysts
My client, a fast-moving technology company requires experienced Customer Support Analysts with MS Office skills for an initial 2 month contract starting January and with the potential of a permanent transfer @£25,000pa. As first point of contact you will have the experience of delivering exceptional customer experiences, have the ability to solve complex problems, tackle a variety of exciting challenges have a can-do attitude coupled with a professional friendly approach where you will be required to manage calls capturing required details, categorising item and assigning to the relevant resolver group. You enjoy working at pace, being part of a successful team, have an interest in technology, a drive to serve customers and a growth mindset to launch your career in a fast-paced environment.
As a Customer Support Analyst you will have good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to prioritise and manage time at pace, be proficient in multitasking across systems and applications, possess a team-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in collaborative settings and can take ownership of workload and tasks
The benefits package is fantastic and comprises of 27 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing by a day per completed years service up to a maximum of 30 days, an additional 4 gifted recharge days, allocated once a quarter where all staff take a paid day off to focus on your wellbeing, gym membership contributions, remote and flexible working options, Income protection, death in service, health care cash plan plus much, much more!!!
