Sourcing Manager - EMEA

SRG are partnered with a well-established, US-headquartered, global organisation that is specialised in providing chemicals and materials to help with sustainability across the globe. We're hiring for a Sourcing Manager to cover the EMEA region, that will have a multitude of responsibilities across material sourcing, procurement, and expenditure.

As a Sourcing Manager - EMEA you can expect to:

• Develop plans for EMEA in alignment with the global strategy and market conditions.
• Define and manage the supplier performance reviews and audits.
• Be responsible for the indirect spend of the manufacturing sites across EMEA.
• Develop, implement, and manage the supplier relationship management program.
• Train, coach, and develop relevant staff within the regional team.
• Create and develop multi-year strategies, collaborating with the internal team as well as suppliers.

So, what do you need to be considered?

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management).
• 5+ years experience in procurement or relevant field.
• Experience leading global / international procurement initiatives.
• Experience in the same / similar industry is highly preferable.
• Ability to travel on occasion for supplier audits and visits.
