Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager - Sutton Coldfield - Up to £52,000 per annum

Currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to take ownership of a large manufacturing & distribution center environment.

This role will suit a Facilities Manager with a background in TFM, with a strong understanding of M&E Building Services delivery. You'll be a strong communicator, with the ability to manage different stakeholders.

On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of £52,000 per annum plus package, working Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

Your main duties will include:

• Responsible for managing own budget and profit and loss report (circa £1 million per year).
• Ensuring contractual KPI's and SLA's are achieved.
• Management of directly employed team including engineering and maintenance staff, engineering supervisor, cleaning supervisor and operatives.
• Management of outsourced security contractor.
• Point of contact for all M&E and HVAC maintenance on site.
• Management of all critical assets, cranes, chillers, BMS system, dock levellers and doors
• Monthly meetings and presentations to the customer using excel, powerpoint etc.

Person specification:

• Previous experience in a critical environment such as manufacturing, healthcare etc is an advantage but not essential.
• People management skills, with the ability to manage both your team and the relationship wit the customer.
• Financial skills and the ability to manage budgets.
• Previous operations experience of facilities management or service delivery.
