VAVE Purchasing Associate

EXCLUSIVE TO CHROMA: Chroma are proud to be partnered with a highly reputable engineering and manufacturing business as they embark on this exciting growth journey. As part of this, were looking for a new VAVE Purchasing Associate to join their new site in Tamworth

The role of VAVE Purchasing Associate will report to the Purchasing Manager on a day to day. This role is going to be a small team within a larger overall department. Youll be working closely with engineering, manufacturing and logistics deliver core components needed for scalability.

As a VAVE Purchasing Associate, youll be responsible for looking at strategic costs, supplier management, risk management and process improvement across the department. Youll be required to analyse key data and suggest improvements to ensure projects are on track.

VAVE Purchasing Associate requirements:

• Degree qualified or higher in Supply Chain, Procurement or Logistics
• Certifications CPM, CPSM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma (not essential but preferred)
• Strong purchasing and procurement experience
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP Systems
• Ability to analyse and utilise data
• Contract negotiation
• Leadership experience
• MS Office skills
