The Company

Main Responsibilities
• Manufacture and assemble products according to production drawings and specifications.
• Perform piping fabrication and assembly.
• Carry out panel wiring tasks.
• Work within set timescales, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
• Identify and report defects or shortfalls in raw materials and components that could impact production timelines.
• Highlight opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work processes in line with the company’s Quality Management System.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 16:30; Friday, 08:00 – 13:00.
The Candidate
Proficiency in electrical assembly and panel wiring techniques.
Solid electro/mechanical knowledge or experience in a similar practical role with transferable skills.
Ability to interpret and work from schematic drawings.
Strong self-motivation, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with basic assembly techniques such as crimping, wiring, and press-fit jointing.
Competent use of hand tools
Proficient in IT and computer applications.
Willingness to undertake professional development training as needed.

The salary offered for this position is £22,00- £28,000 to candidates who can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
