Job Description
Student Support Worker - Newham, East London - Start Date: ASAP We are looking for a passionate Student Support Worker to join a dynamic team in Newham, East London. 1:1 or 2:1 Degree from a leading UK university
Prior SEN-based experience with children
Enthusiastic, confident, and proactive personality
Experience in behaviour management
Confidence in working with SEN students
Previous work in a school setting is requiredKey Responsibilities:
Encouraging student progress and attainment
Working 1:1 or in small groups to support students in lessons and throughout the school day
Collaborating closely with the SEN team
Leading support for students across a range of subjectsContract Details:
Full-time, term-time only
