Procure to Pay Specialist
Location: Leicester
Type: Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week. Hybrid working pattern.

As a P2P Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering consistent, streamlined, and efficient global Procure-to-Pay processes. With a strong focus on operational performance, compliance, and continuous improvement, you'll ensure the integrity of financial data while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance and Delivery (70%)
Execute standardised processes, systems, and controls compliant with regulatory and statutory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
Manage supplier invoices
Process subcontractor applications for payment
Manage employee expenses
Statement reconciliations
Manage supplier master data
Continuous Improvement (30%)
Drive improvements in Shared Services Centre (SSC) effectiveness and efficiency through continuous process enhancements.
Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this role, you will need:
Experience in accounts payable or similar business processes within a high-volume environment.
Relevant operational P2P experience in a PLC
Proven expertise in managing high-volume processes effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a keen eye for detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
