HR Administrator (Hybrid)
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Private Health care Organisation | based in LN2; Hybrid Working
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: £12.98 - £14.42 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Prepare essential HR documents, including contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.Employee Queries:
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing clear and professional guidance.
Support employees with HR system access and updates.Absence Management:
Monitor and record employee absences, including sickness, holidays, and other leaves.
Provide regular absence reports to management and support the implementation of absence management strategies.Employee Training & Development:
Coordinate staff training programs, including booking sessions and maintaining training records.
Support employees with professional development plans and track mandatory training compliance.
Help coordinate performance review schedules and documentationPolicy & Compliance:
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and company standards.
Assist in preparing for HR audits and support ongoing compliance initiatives.Requirements:
HR Expertise: Proven experience in HR administration, with knowledge of absence management and training coordination.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proactive and Organised: A problem-solver who can prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines.
Strong Communication Skills: Confident in building relationships and liaising with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
