Operations Manager – Asbestos Division
Location: Nationwide coverage / Focus NW and Midlands
Salary: £50,000 plus extensive benefits package

This role is ideal for someone with direct leadership experience within the asbestos consultancy sector or a closely related industry.
The Opportunity
As the Operations Manager, you’ll be instrumental in managing national client accounts and ensuring the seamless delivery of asbestos projects. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact in an ambitious, fast-growing organisation that values collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Manage and optimise project delivery to meet contractual, operational, and business goals.
Client Relations: Act as the primary operational contact for key clients, offering expert advice and maintaining strong relationships.
Financial Performance: Drive revenue, gross profit, and net profit to achieve business targets.
Health & Safety: Champion a culture of compliance and safety within the team.
Team Development: Lead and mentor field teams and project managers, fostering a high-performing, engaged workforce.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Proven experience managing operational or field teams in asbestos, construction, or related sectors, including expertise in other surveying disciplines (e.g., Building Surveying, Fire Risk, or Environmental Surveys).
Technical qualifications in Surveying, Construction, or Management to at least HNC level (or higher) would be highly desirable.
Certification in P402, P403, and P404.
A client-focused approach with demonstrated leadership skills, ideally with consultancy or client-side experience.
Desirable:
Additional qualifications such as P401, S301, or W504.
