Job Duties:
Operating a telehandler to lift and move materials on construction sites
Loading and unloading materials from vehicles
Following safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Assisting with general labour duties as required
Required Qualifications:
Valid CPCS or NPORS telehandler certification
Previous experience operating a telehandler in a construction environment
Education:
No specific educational requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a telehandler in a construction setting
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency in operating a telehandler safely and efficiently
Strong understanding of construction site protocols and safety measures
Ability to work well within a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications in health and safety
Experience working on a variety of construction projects
Working Conditions:
Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
Physical work including lifting and moving heavy materials
Potential for working at heights
