Pay: £110 - UPS3 (£110 - £251.71)
Elementa are recruiting for a Maths Teacher or Tutor for this well-performing & popular secondary school based in Swindon. The school have long enjoyed a good reputation both for their standards of pupil behaviour and attainment. The school share a 6th form with their local sister-school and this is an area that is being enhanced as part of the schools' expansion & advancement plans. In March 2023, the school was reaffirmed as Good by Ofsted which they have held for many years. This Maths teacher role will involve teaching mainly Key Stage 3 classes initially. The school are open to a fully qualified teacher (ECT / FQT) or an tutor / overseas qualified teacher to deliver the classes. This role could potentially be offered as a permanent job opportunity after an initial trial period. Iun that scenario you'd likely be teaching across all year groups and ability ranges at Key Stages 3 & 4.
This role will suit someone who has ideas to bring to the team and is willing and eager to demonstrate their initiative. You'll have, or have aspirations to, deliver outstanding teaching & learning and enjoy working with students that respond well to the investment the teachers make in them.
