The Company:
Northern based specialist HVAC company who design, install and maintain Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems to a wide range of customers in various sectors including Manufacturing, Process, Leisure, Healthcare, Facilities Management, Power, Aviation, Construction on Industrial, Commercial and residential sites.
The business has doubled in size over the last 2 years and has been successful in winning framework agreements with public sector and end user manufacturing clients. T/O is c£14m.
The Role:
We're seeking an experienced A/C Maintenance Contracts Manager to drive operational excellence and optimise the performance of service delivery contracts across the North and Scotland.
In this critical role, you will oversee several major key accounts and several smaller accounts, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and continuous improvement across all service areas.
You'll act as a central and main contact point for customers and engineers. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the accounts, customer satisfaction, health and safety, ensuring solid communication between partiers, delivery of monthly reports and contract reviews
The contracts to be managed range in size from £5,000.00 to £(phone number removed) per annum
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the Northern Service operation of the business
Lead and oversee maintenance activities, reactive breakdowns and remedial repairs.
Ensure customer compliance on accounts managed
Communicate, plan and arrange works between customers and engineers – Assist and advise service coordination team booking works and allocating specific engineers
Implement and enforce the company's methods and standards of work - carry out maintenance and small works quality inspections.
Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures
Health and Safety, RA, COSHH and Environmental controls.
Employee reviews - oversee employee growth and training plans.
Submit quotations for remedial works and small projects
Carry out monthly reviews on larger contracts.
Carry out Contract reviews.
Build customer relationships Client activities
Build relationships with team members.
Assist Project team with asset lifecycle reports, CAPEX funding and energy assessments
Assist Sales team with pricing and mobilisation of new service accounts.
Ensure profitability of the Northern Service division.
Liaise with finance team - submission of weekly account billing
Working alongside dedicated service coordinating team.
The Person:
Previous experience of managing a team of air-conditioning service and maintenance engineers.
SSSTS, SSMTS, EMSS, F-GAS, NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong Health and Safety understanding.
Proficient in computer software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS projects)
Knowledge of service accounts and business operations.
Leadership and team management experience within a similar

The Salary:
£(phone number removed) per annum salary paid monthly depending on experience
£5,000.00 per annum private pension contribution
