Job Summary:
We are recruiting for a Working Supervisor and a Fixers Mate to work with a Facades Contractor that install Rainscreen Cladding and do re-cladding projects in London. This role combines hands-on installation with supervising a team to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise & Install: Oversee and work alongside the team to install facades systems and rainscreen cladding
* You will need to oversee another fixer and work alongside them.
Requirements:
* 3+ years in facade or cladding installation
* Hands-on experience with facade systems like rainscreen cladding.
* Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills.
* CSCS Card
* Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
