Job Description

Responsibilities

* Assisting with day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping

* Purchase and sales ledger processing

* Payroll (including Pensions and Direct Earning Attachments)

* Maintaining spreadsheets

* Processing invoices, expenses, and payments accurately

* Completing bank Reconciliation’s

* Collaborating with other departments and Subcontractors to ensure financial and data accuracy

* Monitor and deal with email correspondence

Experience Required

* Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures

* Proficiency in Xero, Dext and Sage 50 (Accounts and Payroll, including Pensions & Direct Earning Attachments)

* Have a strong teamwork ethic - able to build and maintain internal and external working relations

* Be willing to learn new skills for further develop your Finance career

Nice-to-have:

* Xero Experience

* Sage 50 Payroll experience

* Experience dealing with Subcontractors
