About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client’s esteemed legal practice. This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, providing expert legal advice and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to completion.
• Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and lease agreements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Provide clear and expert advice on property-related matters, including title issues and financial implications.
• Keep clients updated on the progress of their transactions and manage their expectations throughout the process.
• Stay informed about relevant legislation and market trends in conveyancing and property law.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial property law.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using case management software and other legal technologies.
