Training Administrator (1 year fixed term contract)
Location: Head Office (Wokingham UK)

Salary: £18,000 - £25,000

We are looking to recruit a Training Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the organisations training and development initiatives, ensuring training records are maintained accurately, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is a fixed-term vacancy to help support the department during a period of maternity leave.
This position will be joining our thriving UK medical device manufacturing company to work within our busy HR & Training Department.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive and can-do attitude, have an eagerness to learn, possess strong communication skills, high levels of attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes effectively. Previous experience in a similar role although would be helpful is not mandatory.
Desirable Experience/Qualifications:
Qualification or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in HR / Training administration, training coordination, or a related administrative role
Knowledge and understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training processes
Experience working in a highly regulated environment
Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to build good working relationships
Able to multitask and prioritise workload
Able to work independently as well as within a team
Able to work effectively across a number of interrelated departments
Self-motivated
Keen and willing to learn
Have a can-do attitude with an enthusiastic approach to work
I.T. Literate Microsoft Office
Methodical, organised and structured approach to work
Excellent attention to detail
High level of commitment
Good levels of English speaking
Hours of Work:
25 - 30 hours per week
Monday Friday preferred
