Job Description
Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Suitable N6 qualification Trustworthy and reliable Reside in Paarl or Wellington Duties and Responsibilities: Handle the loading and processing of invoices. Coordinate and maintain accurate vendor accounts. Manage building operations and liaise with service providers. Update and maintain accurate records and files. Process employee onboarding and offboarding paperwork, ensuring timely updates to documents and procedures. Prepare and compile letters, reports, and other general correspondence. Coordinate and track IT issues, ensuring timely resolution. Conduct stocktakes and maintain records of office equipment. Monitor and report on telephone handsets and switchboard systems. Perform various general administrative duties as assigned by the Line Manager. The position is available on a 12 month contract basis.
