Quantity Surveyor
Wimborne, Fully Site based
£50,000 - £60,000 + benefits

About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will provide expert commercial and quantity surveying support across Construction projects. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you'll work closely with project managers to manage financial performance, mitigate risks, and ensure profitability exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue standard contract documents and client correspondence
- Develop detailed scopes of work for sub-contractors and conduct pre-contract meetings.
- Oversee valuations of sub-contractor works and agree on final accounts.
- Manage project variations, risks, and financial forecasting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of commercial performance management.
- Relevant professional qualifications (RICS, CIOB, or ICE membership desirable).
- Valid CSCS card.
- Excellent communication
