Location: Thanet
Salary: £120 - £250 per day

GSL Education is proud to partner with a thriving secondary school in Thanet to appoint a dedicated Physical Education Teacher. This role will see you inspiring young learners to embrace a healthy, active lifestyle while developing key skills such as teamwork, leadership, and resilience.
Key Responsibilities as a Physical Education Teacher:
Deliver engaging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, promoting a love for physical activity.
Encourage participation in both team and individual sports, fostering confidence and inclusivity.
Organise and support extra-curricular activities, including school teams and sports events.
Promote the benefits of a healthy lifestyle through physical education.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement within the classroom and on the field.
Requirements for the Role of Physical Education Teacher:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching PE in secondary schools, with knowledge of the national curriculum.
A passion for promoting fitness and physical education as a vital part of learning.
Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
