Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of the company. This role focuses on developing strategies to expand market reach, generating new leads, and securing new business to meet company targets and objectives. Responsibilities: Develop new business relationships by identifying potential clients and opportunities. Understand client needs and provide tailored strategic solutions to meet their objectives. Stay informed on industry trends and market developments. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships. Participate in client meetings and presentations to promote services and build rapport. Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Track sales performance metrics and report on progress toward business development goals. Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field advantageous. Proven experience in a Business Development Manager role or a similar capacity. Strong background in the Construction/Engineering industry is highly desirable. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Results-oriented with a history of meeting and exceeding targets. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
